BOOT CAMP
Boot Camp training begins with dynamic stretching and running and is followed by a wide variety of interval training sets like pulling ring straps, pushups/situps, plyometrics and various types of intense explosive routines.
In Boot Camp training, we use routines similar to CrossFit routines, but without a bar. Exercises are tailored to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Sessions usually finish with yoga stretching. We offer nutrition advice as well. It is called “boot camp” because it trains groups of people, and may be outdoors.
