IS CROSSFIT FOR YOU?

Yes! CrossFit is for everyone. The fitness needs of an Olympic athlete and those of someone who has never exercised differ only in degree, not kind.

The benefits of increased strength, stamina, flexibility, and coordination are important for all. Everyone benefits from greater power and speed. CrossFit basics are carefully taught to each beginner, then everyone performs the same workouts with the workloads and intensities adjusted (scaled) based on each person’s ability.

THE CROSSFIT PROGRAM AT REV FITNESS

When doing CrossFit, you will run, row, jump rope, and more. You will push and pull weights and hone your skills at lifting. The workouts include high-intensity interval training and total-body gymnastics to get you fit and toned, all under the careful supervision of well-educated CrossFit trainers. You will get in the best shape of your life and become the most powerful YOU.

We strive to help you realize your greatest physical potential through CrossFit principles, hard work, and nutritional counseling. The Workout of the Day (or “WOD” in CrossFit lingo) is performed in a group setting. Every day is different. You will never be bored.

At RevFitness, you will be training side by side with seasoned athletes, doctors, members of the armed services, firefighters, police officers, teachers, students, neighbors and friends of ALL ages. We have only one thing in mind – getting you fit!
